level1_pitching_certified2-BW.png

Kasey Fagan and Emily Kirby are both experienced and certified in the program OnBase University Fast pitch. OnBaseU is an organization that is dedicated to educating coaches, trainers, and medical professionals on how to work as a team to improve the lives and performances of their players. OnBaseU analyzes the different physical limitations in a players body that affect the various biomechanics involved in softball injury.

This service is offered to softball pitchers and we will not only screen the pitcher and find limitations but also provide the athlete a corrective card with exercises that will help strengthen those limitations. Screening takes around 15 minutes, warm up and video around 10 minutes while the corrective card will be provided via email no later than 2 weeks post screening.
